Halsey Taylor 3041 Universal Bubbler Assembly with Push Button- Genuine Halsey Taylor replacement part for their water coolers and fountains. We've used this bubbler head to replace many other brands of bubblers and this is why we consider this to be universal. This bubbler valve has a regulator (60290C) mounted under the push button and all you need to replace an older bubbler is the original plumbing or adapt for 3/8" NPT.
